OPEN HOUSE for the 2011 - 2012 school year was held on Thursday, September 22. 2011. Parents got to experience our typical opening exercises with several of our students taking part in the reciting of the pledges, prayer and singing the Star Spangled Banner. Parents were reminded of the fund raisers we do collecting box tops and Campbell Soup labels. Then there was a rousing presentation of congratulations slips to many students who had mastered their goals and passed tests. Information regarding requirements for high school graduation, getting ready for college, and how to prepare for seeking a job were distributed. The evening was finished by parents visiting classrooms and other areas of the building. We are very proud of our students and their accomplishments so far this year! |
